Sorting through all the trash flame wars on this forum I had found somehting that interested me here which I saw in this quote above of yours.

I'm curious and looking in to going to Japan through the Jet program when I graduate as well. Since you've been there since 1988, it seems you are extreemly experienced in that area. I'm really interested in learning the dynamics of the people who go there with the wrong intentions and end up hating their job, or are just plain wrapped up in their white privilage (sp) and thinking becuase they're white etc. . . in a different country infected by western white-centered society that whites there can get anything they want etc. . . women, money, etc. . . I want to know about What's actually there in Japan rather than here a exoticised version of what is there. Anyway I hope you understood all that, I have a hard time wording things like that since I'm not quite sure what I want yet, but if you can help me find some information on that (like websites, personal experience etc. . .) that would be wonderfull
